After the bariatric surgery, this pill taste so overly. Not the pills fault I guess but the doctor did tell me that my taste buds will change. I’m glad of it because it asked me to identify sweet stuff that I don’t need to eat. Nonetheless is easily dissolved and pretty big pill it’s chewable. My first order I did not get in my package. It came with another order in one box, but Amazon was good enough to replace it..

Chewable is the way to go! I have to take these for bariatric reasons. They are thinner than other brands easier to chew, not so tart or chalky. Consult your doctor for your own individual needs. They recommend optisource, yuk chalky, huge, expensive, harder and harder to find. So I switched.

I was skeptical because of the reviews stating a chalky aftertaste but glad I gave it a try. I suppose they are a little bit chalky and the aftertaste lingers but it's not harsh. Nothing a few glasses of water won't wash away. They definitely remind me of the flintstone vitamins I took as a child.I would have to say the worst thing about them is the burps. Those taste pretty gross but still so worth it! :)

I bought these in an effort to stick to my multivitamin intake. Capsules sometimes did not sit well in my stomach and I would find it difficult to stick to them. I tried these and they were actually pretty good! Does not dissolve as fast so I chewed on mine and it actually tasted better when I chewed vs waiting for it to dissolve. No after taste and easy on my stomach which is a plus. No water needed to it will be easy for me to stick to it as I can just pop one in and go…

Gritty taste but will do in a pinch. Still prefer the other bariatric chewable vitamins.

I’ve tried many multivitamins, but this one stands out! The taste is great—no chalky or artificial aftertaste—and it’s easy to take, especially if you dislike swallowing pills. These are great! They cost the same if not cheaper than a lot of other bariatric vitamins but most importantly they taste great! They do not leave a chalky feeling in your mouth and go down smooth. The iron in them does not make my stomach hurt like some other vitamins have. Great product at a great value!

I have added these to my daily gummy as I need to increase overall vitamin intake. These melt fairly well under the tongue. I liked enough buying to break them in half and to half at a time. The taste is ok- not terrible and not great. They do not upset my stomach and the quality seems good. I am very careful to get all of my daily nutrients in and these help.
