Good But Bulky
I bought this because it had some good features such as "lift and look". And it's mostly pretty good. It toasts more evenly than some toasters and the quality feels good. But, man, is it big! Way bulkier than I think it needs to be. I used to have a Krups dual long slot toaster which I loved and it was way more compact. The Breville also doesn't have a thaw or reheat button which is a bit of an oversight I think, tho it does have a setting for frozen/fruit bread which cooks the toast a bit longer without changing the standard setting.

Perfect for crumpet bread (yes it's a thing), and thick wide slices of Lawson's stone ground wholemeal bread! Yay.
