Wow! One fantastic reel..
I took this little guy on a fishing trip to the northern Wisconsin. I caught a ton of bluegill and perch. The performance is superior to any other ultralight I own. I highly recommend this little guy. Solid performer.

Micro Spinning reel
Looks and feels nice. Will see once I get it on the water. Replacing a 1980's Shimano...

Great reel for the price
Just had it a week or so but I like it a lot so far. It has a nice, solid feel to it, not like the cheap plastic one it replaced. Definitely worth the money!

Just ok!
I like the size of the reel, but it is mostly plastic. Realistically this is a 10 dollar reel, being sold for 20! Its what I call a disposable reel. I wish they disclosed that it's all plastic before I ordered it.

Worth 20$ but consider something more
For 20$ it is indeed a spinning reel. My drag is fine but I wasn’t impressed by its lack of strength. Additionally after about 4/5 fish my reel started grinding. It’s worth 20$ surely but a Ceymar C10 is waaay better and only about double the price. Still it will do fine on a back up rod

Reliable
This little reel is surprisingly nice for the money and from a southbend product it is very smooth with a nice drag. Even the 2 tone color on reel in cool.

Solid reel
I have 4 of these reels and use them on ice and ultralight rods. They are one of South Bends better products and have a heavier bail and a more solid feel than most ultralights in this price range.Maurice Sporting Goods who own South Bend filed bankruptcy last year and their products are becoming hard to come by,I may try to pick up a couple more of these.
