Can I use this under my eyes?

yes , I did use this under my eyes. Although It did not take care of the bags, but the serum does brighten up your face.

can i use this as a serum?

Absolutely! I put it on in am before moisturizer and at night then night cream. Both times after cleansing. I love, love this serum, I am 64 plus yrs old and in approximately 10 days my crow's feet have all but disappeared. Thank you Mizon for a terrific skincare product. I'm no expert but have always taken care of my skin. Bought a lot of products that ended up in bathroom closet or given away because they weren't for me. I have tried enough skincare products to know a winner when I use one. Good luck, hope this helped!
