disappointment with the baby beach colognia I received. The bottle was open when I got it, and the plastic was broken,. I'm concerned that it may have been previously used or tampered with, as there's no safety seal on the bottle. Additionally, the scent is very weak, leading me to suspect that the product may have been altered. I would like to request a refund or replacement for this item. Please let me know how to proceed.

First I should say the seller did not make the product they ate just a third party that is selling a company's product so they aren't responsible for the smell of the item because they did not make it they just sell it. My item was delivered and I had no problem with the delivery has for the product. I can't even describe the smell lol it smells like something sour that smells bad n chileeeeee the alcohol that's in it is so strong I'm concern that this was made for babies it doesn't have a smell or a good one I still have it on my skin and it feels like it's tingling my skin I think it's the alcohol in it . I gave for starts because the seller made sure I got my order intact but has for the product it's a no no it smells bad
