What are the dimensions of these wipes (how big are they)?

They are the same size as a baby wipe. I love them, usually one does the trick, no irritation & almost instantly dry. I keep these in my personal bath room and carry the single wipes. Safe & Simple is my company of choice for my supplies. Hope this answer helps you make a choice.

No. Use it to remove the old pouch more easily when changing. It helps remove the adhesive and clean around the stoma. I then put it in the discarded pouch simply to make it easier to put in the garbage.
