Question 1

What is the difference between the whole food multivitamin for men and the one daily multivitamin for men?

Accepted Answer

Here are the main differences between the two products:1. The Whole Food multi has 27 additional nutrients, for example it includes antioxidants that are beneficial for your brain, heart and eye health2. The Whole Food multi has higher amounts of each vitamin and mineral 3. The Whole Food multi is appropriate for vegans and vegetariansIf you have a limited budget or you prefer to take only one capsule per day, the One Daily Multivitamin is the way to go.If you can afford the Whole Food Multivitamin, I would recommend going with that because you get more value for your money and you will see faster results.

Question 2

Why is the formula weaker now??

Accepted Answer

Vitamin A was increased from 33% DV to 111%
Vitamin E was increased from 134% to 147%
Vitamin K was increased from 92% to 100%

At the same time was had to decrease the B vitamins in order to improve the safety profile of the multivitamin.

New research indicates that taking high amounts of B12 may be associated with lung cancer. See more here:

Research also suggests that high doses of the Folate can promote certain types of cancer as well. See more here:
https://www.webmd.com/cancer/news/20091117/folic-acid-b12-may-increase-cancer-risk#1

High doses of Biotin may interfere with lab test results, which can cause healthcare practitioners to misdiagnose and mistreat their patients. See more here:

So as you can see all the changes we made were aimed to improve the safety and effectiveness of the product.

We genuinely believe the new formula is superior to the old one.
