I've been using the Bob and Brad Q2 Mini Massage Gun since July 2024, and overall, I've been extremely pleased with it. The battery life is impressive and lasts much longer than I expected between charges. Its compact size makes it easy to take anywhere, whether traveling, keeping it in a backpack, or simply storing it at home. Despite its small size, it delivers plenty of power for relieving muscle soreness and tension.The unit also proved to be quite durable. After nearly two years of regular use, it continued to perform well. The only issue I experienced was a charging problem when the USB-C connector stopped seating properly in the charging port.What really impressed me was the customer service. I contacted Bob and Brad support, explained the issue, and provided a short video along with the information they requested. They reviewed everything and, within the same day, arranged for a replacement to be shipped. They were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the process.In a time when many companies make warranty claims difficult or frustrating, Bob and Brad stood behind their product and treated me with respect. Don’t let the size fool you! I looked at all of them before deciding on this one and I am so glad that I did. It works beautifully, it’ is powerful and mine has held a charge way longer than I expected it to. I waited for awhile to write a review because sometimes opinions change but I am loving it more and more.Honestly you cannot go wrong with this little mighty massager!

Loved the original product but unfortunately it stopped dead in it's track after about 3 months use. I purchased the Asurion extended warranty but they informed me that the product was under a 2 year warranty and I should contact them. Email was sent and next day received a response with troubleshooting instructions. Still no go after following the instructions so I replied with a video the vendor requested. Next day I was informed a brand new replacement was already on it's way. I received it two days later. It was brand new, with all the attachments and worked perfectly. The customer service was excellent and the emails were worded in proper and correct English, which I much appreciated. That alone gave me confidence that everything was going to be smooth sailing. I highly recommend the product. It's a lot smaller, and lighter, than a similar massage gun I have which makes it easier to hold and to transport but it still does the job. I haven't had a chance to use the Red Light Heat so I can't speak to that. Hopefully this was an isolated problem and I expect to get full life from it.

I like this massage gun a lot. I have a larger massage gun, and I bought this one because it’s smaller and more portable. I keep it in my golf bag. It is just as powerful as my larger massage gun and works just as well. I highly recommend.

I waited a while to review this massager because I wanted to put it through the ultimate test ... time and frquent heavy usage. Month's later it's still like new. I've had numerous spine surgeries due to military injuries. I've had plenty of massagers but this one is by far the best. One of the best features is that it's lightweight, small in size, yet tough as nails. My wife has to operate it as I can't reach my backside (but who can?) where I need it the most. She's wonderful for helping me deal with the long term pain that I endure and, because of its weight and size, it doesn’t fatigue her hand. The frequencies are very effective and bring a lasting relief. It’s a top choice for anyone needing the best at a very reasonable price.

This is an excellent product, compact in size, with a good case for travel and storage. I've only used the excellent massage function. 2 things that could be improved: it's rubber-like black, with a hard-to-see on/off switch (almost impossible in the dark). I tried tape, nailpolish & WhiteOut on it, but they don't stick.To use it when at night in bed, I have to turn the light on. And, to turn it off, you have to press the button a few times while the device goes through stronger settings before it turns off. An on/off button separate from other functions and clearly visible would be a big help.

Small and mighty! I love this mini massage gun. It packs quite a punch for its small size. It fits perfect in my backpack and its surprisingly light. It goes with us on our trips. Came in handy on our last vacation when my husbands lower back began to tighten up on the plane. Pulled it out of my backpack and started to massage his lower back right there. Pretty quite too even at it highest level. Person next to us was impressed with it, so I gave her its name and where I got it from. But what really impressed me was the warranty and customer service that came with it. They replaced my mini gun with a new one when it stopped charging a year and a half later. I will definitely look to buy more items from Bob and Brad in the future.

This is my first massage gun purchase and so far I am very pleased with it. The gun is compact and very easy to use. As far a power goes it is very capable. My first experience with a massage gun was at a physical therapist office. The had a very large gun they used on my back at the very end of my sessions. I cannot tell the difference in power as I used it on the medium setting. The Brad and Bob gun has I believe 4 speeds. I like that it comes with a head that can heat up or can also be set to be ice cold...very neat feature of this gun. One note to consider when purchasing any massage gun would be how you are going to use it. If someone is going to use it on you, then by all means if you want a large gun after doing research, go ahead. But if you are going to use it on yourself with no one's help, then I think a more compact gun like this is the best option, especially if you are going to do it on your neck or lower back. It's compact and easy to hold by yourself in those areas. Do your research, but you can't go wrong with this gun.

This was a replacement for a broken Renpho and so far it's great. Much quieter then anticipated, still very powerful, and the smaller size is covenient.
