The description says 9-11V they don't even start to emit light until 30V will not work with my project

Iluminación y calidad
De incio al abrirla, se ve no tan de buena calidad, al menos en el material de plástico, pero al instalarla, funcionó como esperaba. Al encenderla como que no alumbra mucho, pero despues de 5 minutos empieza a alumbrar mejor. Es buen producto, espero que no se descomponga pronto
