Not used to the full yet
Arrived on time, well packaged and easy to put in place. Unlikely to use the remote or timer so can't comment on usefulness. Using to light a dark fireplace space whilst the wood burner is not in operation. It will of course have to be removed when the fireplace is in use. Looks effective and is quite bright.

This is so beautiful and looks amazing around my lounge mirror. Lights are brighter than expected and I am so pleased with it. Would definitely recommend 👍

Timer function limited and odd controller positioning
While the lights are very pretty, the controller is located close to the lights rather than the plug which would be the natural place for it. What this means is that if you want to mount it on a wall for example, the controller is up near it on display. The other thing about the controller is that it only allows the lights to be switched on manually once plugged in, so you can't use your own timer plug for instance since the lights won't come on with the timer alone. The built in timer function is limited to one time period - 6 hours on, 18 hours off - and can only be activated with the remote. So in long British nights, you're limited to either using them manually or accepting the limited automatic on time. These limitations make it less versatile than it should be.

controller doesn't work
fab product & arrived on time - lights are up & look amazing but the controller has never worked :( can't see anywhere how to contact the seller to ask for a new one & I don't want to take them all down again
