Adjustment on voltage lowest mine goes is 23.4v yet supposed to be 12volt upwards

Maybe you have a 24V output power supply by mistake. Doesn’t make much sense otherwise, as the adjustment is only a few volts either way for fine tuning.

Hi, will unit work with appliances lower than max 33.3A 400W power draw - my appliance is 12v fan that has a high (300w), mid and low (150w) setting?

Of course it can be used for appliances under 400W. Anything above 400W will not work. The recommended power does not exceed 80% of the power supply

What is the minimum adjustable voltage output?
