Unreliable connection
The device switches to rainbow screen a lot. I contacted the company and they said it was the hdmi cord, but I have replaced all the cords and have back ups for our streaming and the device periodically blinks out in our zoom classes. It is way less reliable than our elgato was and I’d I could go back I would not have “upgraded” our streaming to rely on Datavideo cameras, switchers or conversion devices like this.
