TVS printer
Poor service. Fault item being sent. Lot of head ache. Not working. repeated attempts to contact their consumer support also failed. Totally fed up. Didn’t expect this from TVS. Very disappointed.

Printer is very good and it can print both labels and receipt.
Printer is very good and it can print both labels and receipt and print quality is good.There should be one improvement so that ribbon should not get wasted because if you print two inch label then print ribbon is not utilise fully

I have purchased it from Amazon but I am facing one issue regarding direct thermal printing mechanism, because it is not working but overall printer is good and printing speed is also efficient and easy to use in case of thermal tranfer

initially i was facing issue in setup,but then i reached service center in my city,they help me in setup,now its working buttery smooth.The seller packed the product very well too.
