Assembly difficulties but satisfied with the end product
Excellent appearance once assembled. Not an easy assembly and it's much easier with a helper to stretch the material while stretching and hooking the spring clips to the screen with the basic included hook tool. It took some getting used to but for me, having the tool ring in a straight up and down position made hooking the spring to the screen and releasing the tool much easier. The instructions are vague and could use some detailed pictures to avoid doubt and speed up the assembly. Instructions mention the number of rods to insert but don't illustrate the locations. I can offer a few additional tips. The aluminum corners are sharp and I didn't want to risk tearing the screen, as you need to stretch the screen around each corner and it's not an easy task. Either file them smooth or what I wound up doing was covering each corner with electrical tape which is easier, as long as the tape doesn't go beyond the black frame which has a 1/2 inch border. If you manage to hang the screen by aligning the 4 track mounted brackets with the 4 wall mounted screws, the screen can be adjusted horizontally. The problem is, the brackets are easily moved and if you bump any of them while trying to align the 4 brackets with the screws, it's easily to lose alignment. I wound up holding the frame with a helper (without screen) up to the wall atop 2 stacks of totes and books and sliding the 4 brackets over to align with the wall studs. Instead of relying on anchors. I then marked the center of the bottom 2 bracket holes. When assembled by the directions, the 2 top brackets are hidden behind the top frame which made marking their locations more difficult. I considered disassembling the frame so that the bracket holes were facing toward the center like the bottom brackets but instead decided to smear a little wood glue around the back of the top 2 bracket holes and aligned the bottom brackets with the marked locations and then pressing the top brackets to the wall to leave an impression of the 2 top holes. Then a little clean up and I locked the 4 brackets in place to avoid any movement when the time came to wall mount the finished screen and screwed the 4 supplied screws into the wall studs. Hanging the screen is not as easy as it looks with 4 brackets (easily moved) riding in the tracks. I would suggest a dab of hot glue on each bracket to tack them in place but since I had plenty of ear plugs on hand I just inserted one in the track to the outsides of each bracket to keep them from shifting around. I also used painter's tape to mark the front edge of the screen at the bracket locations as a visual cue. These screens are lightweight but large enough to be tedious when handing. I also found it handy to do a trial run of hanging the frame without the screen to determine the best screw depth. Too loose and the frame moves easily; too tight and it's nearly impossible to hang. I'm satisfied with the end result but the directions need some improvement.

DEFECT PIECE & DO NOT BUY & USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I admired this expensive screen from day one and ordered during Thanks Giving, since I was planning to finish my movie room. After finishing my movie room, hired a Handy Man to fix and hang, since alone it s not possible. We followed the instructions and everything was cruising well. All of sudden we ended up problem of attaching the side trim to the metal frame. We spent lot of hours of moving back and forth checking again and again. Later we found that the hole on metal back plate one side is not aligned with trim plate holes. Then Handy man was to make new holes to complete the installation. This was a 2 hours job, where ended for 5 hours, where I have paid $300 extra labor. I called several times to explain the team, they are not even taking the phone calls, so I am leaving the review with evidence. Selling these high priced products where customers are getting impacted with monetary loss while installing them is not granted any company. Even AMAZON also did not helped on this issue. Shame.!!!!

Beautiful massive screen
Absolutely beautiful screen. We love the borderless design, it looks so sleek. Picture quality is incredible, even in our not so dark room. Installation is much easier with two people, and essential when hanging. I highly remmend.

Just short of an excellent screen
The screen looks really great BUT installation was complex. Instructions were poor and could not find a good video of step by step installation for this model. If you look at the picture, the screw holes for the outer edge frame was misaligned on both sides (B&C). Hence ended up manually drilling a hole to complete installation. Everything else was a perfect fit. Only these holes has to be aligned forcibly. Hope Elite Screens team notices this feedback and takes care in future.

This is the biggest piece of shit I have ever bought in the tech world
This product was so poorly put together it made me think the seller is forging the Elite Screen Aeon logos and selling a BS crappy rip-off. I had to physically adjust every single piece of metal from the frame to the crossbar to the black border frame because nothing fit. I mean crank down to a workbench and physically manipulate and cut to fit. Furthermore, none of the tools required for assembly were included. Thank god I have my own tools in my garage. If you don't know how to do basic metalwork or the physical tools to cute metal, then for the love of god don't buy this product, or if you do, don't buy from this amazon seller. The only saving grace is that the actual screen material was of the quality I wanted. Honestly, I should have bought a pre-cut screen material and built my own frame and it would have been faster, cheaper and a hell of a lot of less frustrating.

Great Screen
This is a great screen however it is not very easy to build. I hurt myself often times trying to make but it was worth the pain

If you're considering buying this, think twice. They did not make this product series with the requirements of the 150 inch version in mind. My screen developed a tear despite gentle handling. That is, gentle handling considering its size; the screen is mammoth so even tiny bumps can have a lot of momentum and maneuvering it into position can be hazardous, but there could be absolutely no accusation that I didn't assemble it with due care and caution. In fact, I was delicate enough that I didn't even notice whatever event caused the rip at the time it happened. And in retrospect it should be obvious, the screen material is clearly too thin to handle ordinary treatment that can be reasonably expected during assembly. Especially considering how sharp the corners are. I'm surprised they didn't pierce my carpet. Perhaps this thickness of material is fine for their smaller versions of the screen but not for the 150 inch version. There's more evidence as well that they didn't consider the design of the 150 inch version. The manual is generic, designed for all the different sizes for this series, which is fine, but the 150 inch version has extra support materials that seemed to be an afterthought judging by how poorly they're described in the manual. I strongly recommend that you do not buy this unless you're willing to accept the risk that you will lose your investment to a rip in the screen. Another complaint is that it is not designed to come apart again once its made, or if it is, it's designed very poorly to that end. The velvet border is just a roll of tape that you're instructed to stick on around the edges, and given how much stretching you have to do to get the screen in place, it's really unlikely that tape position will be remotely acceptable if you take the screen off of the frame. But even without considering the border, I wouldn't recommend ever disassembling it anyway, because of how much stretching you have to do to get the screen in place. I suspect it would start to sag, and also it's likely to develop more rips if you attempt it anyway. So I strongly recommend you do not buy this unless you're willing to make it a permanent fixture of whatever room you initially assemble it in, unless by some miracle you think you could move this beast into another room without taking it apart first.
