Blondo Women's Fantasia Ankle Boot

I bought Blondo Fantasia boots for my trip to Russia. The fit was somewhat a little large but it left room for extra socks. I was never cold in those boots even with temperatures as low as -20C. I would recommend them for anyone heading towards cold climate areas.

Fantastic boots. So comfortable. I wore these in winter in London and Paris and walked all day for 3 weeks. So comfortable. No need to wear in. Good arch support. They are warm to a certain degree BUT, after waiting for 2 hours for the changing of the guards in London at 4 degrees, my toes were freezing!!! If you are moving around, they are warm enough. I normally wear size 6 boots and would have wanted to buy size 6.5 so I can wear thick socks. However, the size 6 was so much cheaper, so bought them. To my surprise, these are fine with thick socks, just a bit more snug but not tight. I did not have any problems with the zip like previous reviews. Highly recommend these boots.

I ordered a pair of Blondo boots for my husband years ago, and he loved the fit and the warmth. So, I broke down and paid the $273 for these boots (including tax). The product description said that they had shearling lining. I was very disappointed when they came and the label stated that they had 50% shearling lining and 50% synthetic lining. In addition, the foot bed was not shearling lined, and the lining did not extend fully to the toe, where your feet get most cold. Also, for the cost, I expected a comfy foot bed....like a Merrell or an Ugg. There is absolutely no arch support in these boots, and I was disappointed. I kept the boots, despite the poor reviews about the zipper. I am still trying to be hopeful that these will last despite the product reviews, but for the money, I was actually kind of disappointed. The boot is cute, but I expected much, much more. If the zipper breaks, per the reviews, this will be my one and only pair.

Tried to get these boots last year after my sister said how much she loved them but they were sold out. They are a very nice looking boot and great quality. Because they are a recent purchase I have not tested them against the elements of a Michigan winter but did wear them at a recent cold and rainy outdoor charity function, my feet were the only part of me that did not hurt or freeze at the end of a long day. Love the thick tread on the sole and the shearling lining for safety and warmth. I'm looking forward to wearing them at my grandsons hockey games. Own several pairs of Blondo boots - have not been disappointed yet in fit or quality.

Warm and cozy. I have narrow feet so I have had to wear thick socks with the boot. a half size smaller may have worked better. I love the heel height and tgey have good traction in the snow and ice.

I'm so happy with these shoes! Most of all I'm happy that I bought them on Amazon....because I was looking at them in a store in Vail, CO, at a price of $265 when I decided to check Amazon. Saved almost $200!!! They're great quality and fit well. Very classy too

I bought these boots for my mother at the beginning of the winter season last year. As she is elderly and limits her walking outdoors in very bad weather, she had only a few occasions to wear them last year. This year, given the severity of our Chicago winter, my mother wore her boots for relatively brief periods on only 3 or 4 occasions. We were shocked to notice that the fabric surrounding the zipper began to shred in several places on both boots. Bearing in mind that these boots cost $220.00 and are otherwise very nice--waterproof, warm, well fitting, comfortable and of very nice quality leather, it seemed outrageously stupid to construct them with such a poor quality zipper. After all, how much extra would a good quality zipper cost the company who would then shift the cost to the consumer anyway? I want to add, though it really shouldn't make a difference after so little wear, that my mother is not an overweight person who may cause one to speculate whether undue stress may have been put on the zippers.All efforts to contact the Blondo co in Canada have been unsuccessful as they not responded to my comments on one of their websites and a second parent co. website has actually refused to accept the email with photos I tried to send them.Amazon, on the other hand, states that the window of time within which the boots could be returned expired a month after purchase. My only recourse then is to spend another $50. to have the zippers entirely replaced locally. This is the estimate I've received from several shoe repair shops.Bottom line is that these boots were a huge waste of money and that the Blondo co has extremely poor customer service as well as a total lack of quality control. Avoid making any purchase from them.

This is my second pair of Blondo winter boots and they fit me perfectly--I wear an 11 C which is almost impossible to find! These are warm and waterproof, perfect for trudging along the slushy New England walkways and parking lots during winter. Real shearling too! These are great quality boots that will last.
