Does the job!
Handy, easy to use. My physical therapist uses the same thing during my sessions, so I got this to use more often. Easy to slip on and do my exercises, and my hand strength has improved by 80% since starting PT.

Sams as I use at Therapy
I purchase this since I use it at OT and it is the exact same one. I like that is comes in a box and has an extra finger loop in a different size. It also has a QR code that you can scan to get exercises to do for different muscles in your hand. It give me exercises that I can do that I have not done at OT.

Does the job!
I bought this for my mom. Her hands are drawing up. She’s 85. It works great and is helping with strength and dexterity. The only negative is the rubber band finger loops come out of the ball every time you take it off, so you have to rethread it back through the ball. Obviously someone with poor dexterity can’t do this without assistance and it’s not easy. Use a pencil to push it back through. Still I recommend this item. It works.

Large Hands Beware
The good: It will give your hand a decent workout. And you don't need a lot of hand strength to start using it, but you can really increase the resistance based on how hard you squeeze or how far you stretch. The not so good: I have fairly small fingers, but I find the rings to be uncomfortably tight. They begin to cut off my circulation after about a minute, causing me to stop using the Handmaster much sooner than I'd like. Every time I use it I find myself wondering why the manufacturer made the rings so tight.

Too hard to use
Getting fingers into the loops is a lot of effort and not comfortable on my average size hands with bad thumbs. I would use it more if the loops weren't such a fight. Probably good for a Petite hand.
