Fantastic for agility training
Bought to help with agility training for volleyball. It's not as simple to fold back up as the video makes it seem. It's still a great set and good investment.

This piece of equipment is so versatile. There are so many possibilities. It sets up very easily. It actually stays in place as well. I set it up in my garage with the hurdles and it didn't slide and fall down. Great purchase!
