I am so impressed with Amoretti’s Sweet Corn Extract! The flavor is incredibly authentic—sweet, fresh, and natural—just like real corn. A little goes a long way since it’s highly concentrated, which makes it a great value for the quality.I’ve used it in pastries, ice creams, cornbread, and even savory dishes, and it adds the perfect touch every time. Although pricy, it is so worth it. I'm able to enjoy low carb cornbread with chili again. The taste was perfect, not fake or overpowering.

Helped make my KETO cornbread actually taste like cornbread; and not almonds. Only wish it wasn't so darn expensive!!

Thick and much better than the other products. Great for keto cornbread. Expensive though, that’s the only downside.

I needed this for a keto cornbread recipe (I believe I used this recipe from Youtube's Idontsugarcoat). I used that for a keto Tamale pie. (And for the seasoning I used Kevin's Natural Foods Keto and Paleo Simmer Sauce Classic Taco) Anywho, I don't know what but I tasted the batter before I baked and WOW!! it didn't taste all that great. And I was properly surprised by that. I went ahead though and finished the dish. So once everything was complete I tasted again and I was underwhelmed by the corn bread. In the future if I ever make this again I will probably try another keto cornbread recipe and see if that was the true culprit. Overall and for the price I'd probably try something else. This is just much too expensive for it not to be amazing. So out of five stars I want to give this just slightly under three stars.

I live a keto lifestyle and up until now have not been having many substitutions for the old standard American diet food. I decided to try this Sweet Corn Extract to make something close to cornbread. This one product alone made a big difference. I used it in making Stufflers (with the Presto Stuffler) with a keto recipe using pork rinds and some other ingredients. It even smelled like cornbread was baking! I think this flavor is right on, excellent product!

It does what it is supposed to do add the corn flavor minus the sugar. You may want to go heavier with the dosage if you are making cornbread & add your artificial sweetener & with the almond flour it’s a great substitute. I got to find a corn dog recipe to try I think it would work out good too.
