Can you stop taking once your by symptoms leave?

My symptoms left after 2 days but I'm going to complete the entire bottle before I stop.

Terrible headache, May need to drink lots of water and eat with this vitamin.

They are normal size. Not overly big, easy to swallow.

Can I open the capsule and pour the substance in Apple sauce? I do not like popping pills.

It’s a see-through capsule. I’m sure you could cut it open and put it in. It may open by pulling it apart. There my daughters pills. She sent me a picture but they want a video on here.
