Great account on how they made Thunderbirds
As a fan of the original Thunderbirds, I really enjoyed reading this book. It gives you the inside story of how the show was created, from the sets, the puppets and the effects. Then there is a guide to each episode and the various spin offs such as Thunderbirds 2086 and merchandise. Overall a great nostalgic book on a TV show I enjoyed as a kid.

Fantastic
Our 3 year old grandson is too young for the TV show, which is too scary to watch, but he is obsessed by Thunderbirds and loves all the stories detailed here and makes up his own imaginative games around the characters and Matchbox models of the vehicles.

Great reading for the kids!
My four sons ( not to be confused with 'My three Sons' of Fred MacMurray) love Thunderbirds, and this book is a fine resource for them, lots of pix and behind the scenes info ( tho, obviously, no scandals, no 'puppetgate').

Terrific 1960's television series - made me realise just how skilful this production is, enjoyable for Adults and children alike, Great stories - Just as I remember it back in the day- 1966 - except now it's even better because you can watch these FAB Episodes as many times as you like ! Fully recommended, in very good condition and a good seller as well. Thank you very much!

Book is good, and in good condition, delivery eas woefully late and the vendor was not at all helpfull in chasing it up.

It has everything a Thunderbird Fan needs to know, tells you all about the production, behind the scenes, info on all the episodes. Also about what Gerry Anderson worked on next, and also what projects were inspired by Thunderbirds by others. Great read.

さすが本家の英国、内容が違う
日本で出版されているサンダーバード本とはひと味もふた味も内容が違います。なぜサンダーバードがあのような内容になったか、設定の着想となったキッカケをはじめ、声優さんの選考理由や彼らのバックグラウンド、その後のサンダーダードものの企画の変遷など、本当の意味でサンダーバードの思想を理解できる本です。 各話のエピソードもさすが本家、違いますよ。内容が。 確かに文字も多く、英語に気遅れするかもしれませんが、実はLady Penelope's SecretやAnnual2003よりも読みやすいのが嬉しい驚きです。 サンダーバードファンならば頑張って読むべき本です！ 写真だけでも絶対に買いですね。

Nul, le livre est très sale, l'intérieur des pages sont collés par des bonbons ou autres choses qui collent, certaine pages sont déchiré. Je trouves que pour un achat sur votre site il serait convenable de préciser se genre de défaut. Je suis trés dessus et ne suis pas sur de continuer à acheter sur votre site. Si vous avez un lien ou je peux vous envoyé des photos du livre,j'en ai quelques unes. Vendeur pas fiable. Bien cordialement. M.renault.

I don't remember ordering or getting this. I know it is good, though. It's THUNDERBIRDS!

Excellent reference book
This is THE book on The Thunderbirds canon, as well as Gerry Anderson. Read The Vault if you want a complete history of all Anderson's productions but this book mostly focuses on The Thunderbirds show. Excellent information and pictures.
