I've been using various products from Controlled Labs for years and have incorporated this into my daily routine of supplements. I take this daily and in conjunction with my workouts. Tribulus has been used for hundreds of years to allegedly increase lean muscle mass and strength - I figured it can't hurt. While I haven't noticed any substantial benefits, I do feel that there is a slight increase in muscle mass - I've especially noticed that in my shoulders and back. I haven't had any adverse effects from taking it; no upset stomach or any GI issues. I also generally take this on an empty stomach. Overall, I feel like this is an inexpensive supplement that could have some added benefits for muscle mass and could be worth a try. Thanks.

I've been taking this product for a few weeks now, but only on the days that I work out (4 days/week). I've noticed an increase in energy, which helps me work out harder and longer. I'm 66 and have had both shoulders completely replaced in the last 19 years; and I haven't worked out for at least 25 years due to the arthritis. I started going to a gym 2 years ago in order to try to regain lost strength and muscle. Most of my workouts feel like I'm going through the motions, but when I use this product I actually make gains; and with zero side effects!

This stuff used to (8yrs ago) make you feel like you just got stuck with an epinephrine pen. Body got hot, blood vessels dilated, and you felt like you could run through a brick wall…while carrying a couple hundred pounds on your back. The fda stepped in and ruined all good supplements like they always do. This stuff still give you a boost of energy because of the caffeine content but this stuff doesn’t compare to that muscle fullness/pump you used to get with the old stuff.

OKay okay I say "you" but I really do believe if you are older like my age or more this WILL Completely shock you.28 days in and I do think there is some things to pass on. - It took 10 days about to really show its potential - Day 1 it was apparrent that the caffeine was perfectly chosen and balanced It is even for those(like me) who find coffee uncomfortably stimulating - At this 28 day mark, the overall effectiveness has maintained very well with a few caveatsFor some people it may be nice to have a week or two off for side effects if you find -you want to not be exposed to caffeine constantly -you do not like a high libido every morningI will be buying this every month. I bought this item in a pinch as a replacement. I used it as directed and had no noticeable gains. Do not waist your time if you are a serious lifter.

I've been taking this for a few weeks now and have noticed an increase in sex drive, though hard to quantify if there are any effects to strength, as the description suggests. I initially didn't read the label thoroughly and didn't realize this has a pretty significant amount of caffeine and made the mistake of taking it with my nightly vitamins instead of in the morning.

I pretty much get anything by control labs. I would say research any product you buy, and give it a try.
