This is by far the best tape we have tried for mouth taping at night to prevent apnea and snoring. We have used it for several years. Easy to peel off in the morning with no skin irritation at all. Be sure not to have any skin care products on either your face or hands when applying. If you are careful, you can reuse the tape two or three times. Just wind it back on the outside of the roll in the morning. Try not to touch the adhesive to keep it strong and fresh. It is important to not let your mouth hang open at night as mouth breathing causes apneas, snoring and going into the sympathetic nervous state (flight or fight). We use two vertical pieces for reliable results. There are plenty of videos on the web about the subject if you want to know more.

These are such great gentle tapes that we always have them on hand. I have super sensitive skin and can't usually handle most first aid type of tapes including some band aid brands. Also these can be used if you mouth breathe at night to gently add it without completely taping. Nice to have such good quality tape that can be safely used on face.

I use this tape to tape down the bottom lashes when I do lash extensions. It is very durable and stays where you put it, which can be tricky with make up and tears. That being said, it is very sticky and can be harsh on some people’s under eyes. Still I haven’t found a generic tape that works as good without leaving a residue.

I use these to tape my mouth at night and also on my nasolabial folds so the wrinkles don’t get too deep. I try to be good about back sleeping, but sometimes I flip to the side, and then I’d wake up with really deep folds the next morning. These work really well for preventing that from getting worse. They peel off easily without any pain, and honestly, I freak out when I run out of them. Lol.

I use a CPAP but my mouth drops open, so I started taping it shut. This is the best tape I have found for that job so far. Hint: Wipe oils off of mouth area with isopropyl alcohol prior to applying for better, all night stick. Adhesive weakens when exposed to air for hours.

The best tape to use for Lash extension services

I've had so many different medical tapes put on my skin throughout my life. I started to fear tape so badly because I've gotten bad rashes, my hair hadmy hair ripped off my skin, had my skin almost bleed, had thick glue stuck on my skin for weeks, basically I've had all the negative side effects that someone can have from medical tape. This 3m Silicone Tape is the ONLY tape I've used that keeps unwanted side effects and pain away. It works great for securing bandages on skin that aren't going to be moving. An example would be if you are putting a bandage on a flat part of your leg, arm, chest, or back then this tape will work great. If you try to use it on skin that moves like your fingers, feet, neck, etc then you'll notice it will start coming loose. It will also come loose if you start sweating excessively. The glue on the tape will tolerate a light sweat but any heavy sweating and this will start peeling back. 1. Three years other cool things about this tape is that you don't have to use scissors, it can just be torn by hand 2. You can peel this tape back and then put it down on the skin and it will restick. 3. When removing this tape it doesn't leave any glue on your skin. Don't let the high price on this tape scare you away. It is expensive compared to other non silicone tapes that have side effects, but it is totally worth the extra money to not be in pain any more.
