Aeronautical Chart Users Guide: National Aeronautical Navigation Services Paperback – Illustrated, February 9, 2012

Probably out dated because of advanced avionics.

Wanted an expanded text to study for the upcoming practical. This does the ticket with large, clear illustrations. Cannot comment on the Kindle edition as 1-star reviewed below, but the print version is fine.

this looks comprehensive but is basically unusable in electronic form. The diagrams are so small (about 2 inches long) they are unreadable and unable to be zoomed using kindle on android. No quality control to allow this to be sold in e-form.I would like this in paper form but no it willing to spend more on the same product

My CFI recommended I get this book at the very beginning of my PPL, I'm in the middle of my Instrument training right now and still using this book a ton! Of course the legends on the charts tell you almost everything, but for everything else that an examiner or your CFI might ask it's priceless! Plus it's just good to know everything that's on your charts ;)
