Fitted propertly this is a very good tool. We've lifted 3 heavy steel beams and it lasted really well.

No more straining to lift items in garage
Great winch / have fixed it to rafters in garage and it is used to lift many things. Eg Petrol mower / E-bike. Makes light work of lifting heavy articles. Pleased with it

Check bolt hole positioning
This is a review for the einhell manual cable winch tcwi 500. Make sure you have something very solid to fix it to because there will be a lot of twisting force through the base of this. The baseplate has bolt holes but you will need corresponding bolt holes matching the baseplate. It looks fairly solid but I've not tried winching anything heavy. I'd imagine people would be thinking of winching a boat. I'm not sure this is solid enough for a sizable boat. Otherwise it's well made and reliable.

Wonderfully compact winch
A really compact, easy to use winch. It can be secured down with just one or two nuts/bolts and you are ready to go. Good quality and does what you need it to do. I needed it for winching some heavy, awkward item up the stairs by myself and it worked just as well as I had hoped.

Handy and affordable but can get 'tangled'
Made life so much easier lifting a large heavy boulder from the bottom of the garden. The only 'snag' was that it was prone to getting in a mess when you began to turn the handle to wind the metal rope wire back in. Took a bit of time and patience afterwards to sort this out. Had to take the handle off and unwrap the whole lot to put it back into order again.

Reliable item
This little thing proved to be stronger than I thought. You need to properly install and secure it, it will then do the rest of the heavy lifting job. A two man job is done to one hand cranking and much more secure and safer.

Fattura molto buona a differenza della maggior parte. Reso solo perché piccolo per le mie esigenze, riporta 500kg di capacità ma è identico ad uno già in mio possesso di capacità 250kg.
