No sugar
They don't have sugar which is a rare find. They don't have artificial sweeteners. So it was exactly what I was looking for. I was disappointed that they have rice added rather than whole oats.

Love the cereal not the packaging
Love the cereal lots of fiber. Does the trick. But this time package was flattened and opened on the outside. Cereal inside is quite smashed but still able to eat.

What a great deal for a nice snack of puff rice. I eat these dry without milk and they are delicious. This is very well priced too.
