Stinging Nettle Root 500 mg 100 Caps

Great product

Already in the last 8 days since I started taking this product, my night time trips to the bathroom have pretty much disappeared. Those trips went from one every hour to one every 4 hours to zero (depending on how much water I drink before bed time). Plus I stopped taking the other supplements I had been combining to try to control my night time bathroom problem 8 days ago when I started taking this. And so far this product is working great all by it self. (Sure so far it's only been 8 days, but it's consistent.) At over 3 months supply per bottle for $11.00, this should save me a lot of money. (No more need for the other supplements I've been taking.) PS: I had regularly been taking Stinging Nettle with no real help, but apparently it's the Stinging Nettle "ROOT" that does the trick. (...or so I had read.) Bottom line: What a difference!

I think its aided my urinary tract issues a lot. I did have a hickup in that the other day, passed a stone, but after that it's pretty good. It made some good level of change soon after I had started it.

I have purchased this product many times. DH has been using stinging nettle for over 10 years and swears by it for inflammation. It also lowers blood pressure for anyone with blood pressure concerns. We have found most of our traditional medicine physicians have not heard of this. I recommend this brand and seller.

Neither good nor bad, I just started taking it.

For years I have been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate. About a year ago the incidence of having to get up in the middle of the night to urinate began to increase from once or twice a night to once almost every 2 hours. My quality of life deteriorated drastically due to not getting a decent night's sleep. I was grumpy and irritable. The last Dr I saw recommended either Flomax or Jalyn. I later read about the side effects (especially of Jalyn) and decided to try supplements instead. I ordered saw palmetto, pygeum, and stinging nettle. I take one each in the a.m., then one each of pygeum & stinging nettle in the afternoon, and then one each of stinging nettle and saw palmetto a few hours before retiring. I have been on this regimen for nearly 3 months now and I am very, very satisfied with the results. Within a few days, my nightly trips to the bathroom were reduced from the previous 3-4 or more, to 1-2; after a few weeks, I now have to get up maybe once (and if I don't drink coffee or lots of other liquids after dinner, I may not have to get up at all!). And when I do urinate, the stream is strong and I seem to empty my bladder more fully and without strain. I have noticed no side effects at all with these supplements. I am uncertain exactly which combination of the three supplements is the most effective. Many think the saw palmetto is the stalwart one, made more effective by either (or both) of the others. The price is so reasonable, however, that I will continue to take all three of them. I strongly recommend you give them a try.

As one ages, a male’s trips to the bathroom during the night tend to increase ( a friend of mine up to five times!) with this supplement my visits have reduced to above three to once, occasionally twice. Let’s face it, we all love a good night’s sleep.

There are No Manufacturing Details like Where & When it's made on the bottle ? Packaging shown here is different from what i have recieved.

Has side effects, i got pain near lower abdominal areas and near the testicles, frequent urine sensation

I don't know if it's just me but this gave me a bad tingling inside my mouth and some throat constriction. It was very mild but I discontinued the supplement.
