Does anyone know the main difference between this professional kit vs ultimate kit?

The ultimate kit is almost entirely different from the professional, the ultimate kit is HUGE and contains a lot of good, high quality props. While the professional kit also contains very high quality props, it also contains completely different tricks that what the ultimate kit has to offer, also, the professional kit is much smaller in size however.

Does it come with a deck of cards?

Is this kit appropriate for a 14 year old, or would the ultimate kit be better?

I bought this for my 14 year old. He wasn't very interested. So I gave it to my 11 year old grandson and he played with it with his cousin the same age. They both loved it!! There is a full book to read for all the tricks so it takes a lot of reading! As long as your kid your buying it for likes to read and likes magic.. the age I found interested was age 11. Hope this helps.
