Best for Demetia patients .
This mit shape protector was comfortable and was not easy to tear apart . We tried 3 others before we found this one . Some of the others felt inhumane .

Works
I only used them when changing my loved one to keep him from grabbing and holding my wrists. They made changing him much easier.

I can't figure out how to use the strap to secure the padded mitt to the bed when needed.
My husband has mittens on his hands because he has a PEG or G-Tube and he pulls it out. I wanted a mitten with a restraining tie where his hand could air out often but be attached to the bed so his hands could only go so far and not be able to reach the tube. I couldn't figure out how to attach the mittens to the bed and there were no instructions included.
