I’ve been very happy with these Waterdrop filter replacements. The directions were clear and easy to follow, making installation quick and straightforward. The filter fits perfectly in the pitcher and works just as it should. Water filters through smoothly, and once it’s done, you can easily pour out clean, filtered water without any issues. The pitcher pours well, and the water tastes fresh and clean. Overall, this is a reliable, well-made replacement filter that makes everyday use simple and convenient.

Only buy from this seller. I ordered them and got them the next day. Other sellers had issues. The water is great tasting and the filter lasts just as described.

Since writing this 1-star review I was able to return 4 defective filters to Amazon at no cost to me. They sent 4 replacement filters at no charge. I've installed one of those filters and it's working. I also heard from the manufacturer several times and at this time I feel the matter is resolved. I had considered buying a pitcher from one of the other manufacturers but they all seemed to have complaints about their filters. I was happy with the waterdrop filter pitcher until I purchased a 3-pack of replacement filters. 2 of the filters would not pass water. The filters come with directions on what to do if they won't filter water and I followed the directions repeatedly. One filter then would filter water very slowly. The next day there was black as well as gray material in the bottom of the pitcher. Now I have no filters and I have to decide if I want to take a chance on more waterdrop filters or buy a different brand of pitcher.

The filters arrived the next day. The ease of changing filters was easy as possible. Love the results.

Have been using this water filter system for years now. Removes any weird "chlorine" taste and gives me peace of mind for me and my kids.
