Great for casting maps to MMI
I needed the ability to add casting from my phone to the MMI screen in my A8. I was uncertain about purchasing this as I'd heard that only the expensive OE version works in the A8. Figured I'd return it if it didn't work but it actually works great. I use it in conjunction with a Miracast device and it works flawlessly for casting maps on the screen.

Works perfectly with my Audi S6 C7
Works perfectly with my Audi S6 C7. I had no idea this connector even existed after owning my car for 2 years. I used it to connect my phone to the screen in the car using an HDMI-to-Composite adapter and it works perfectly.

Disappointing
Cord does NOT work to connect music to Audi AMI. So disappointing.

Nice! Worked on 2016 Audi S3.
Worked just as planned. Connected Audi AMI (RCA) up to MiraBox5 to be able to use Airplay (mirror screen) for iPhone X.
