Does the job but performance could be improved.
Been more than 6 months that have been using the product. Initially product was doing fine but after some time faced some performance issues. The product was replaced with a new product by the company. Post that facing no issues so far.

Extremely good customer service
Absolutely fantastic no frills and straight down to business product. Performs exactly as per specifications and solves the purpose of a kitchen scale. Very easy to use and fairly accurate. The customer service of Dr Trust is extremely efficient. My product developed a defect in warranty period and was promptly replaced by Dr Trust after intimating them over a WhatsApp chat, without wasting much of my time by going through various levels of customer care. Overall a good product and superb customer care.

its a must have appliance in everyone’s kitchen, especially those who make baked and sweet items frequently which require precision weighing techniques. after few usage it developed some technical glitch but the manufactures provided prompt service support and now it is again functioning as per expectations.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ It measures good and well. Lightweight too. Plastic quality is good. It has some pretty useful functions too. Much better than analog weighing scales. But, do know that the measurement sensitivity and precision (the lowest measurement it can measure is over 1 gram). So, it can't be used for medicinal purposes or home made medicines or for ayurveda. Better go with a more sensitive and precise machine. ⚠️⚠️⚠️
