These were out of the box easy to install and we now have added additional cameras. They’re magnetic attached to the wall so just installing those in relevant places was easy.We have now about 8 cameras but we started with the Pro2 cameras. The picture quality is brilliant and night vision perfect. We use them to support my mum living at home independently. We have been able to get her indoors when she has locked herself out, and have captured and difficulty she has got into. We live 5 minutes away so we are able to keep an eye on her.All the cameras aren’t the same in terms of charging and spotlights etc but they all work extremely well and with very little fuss. The most valuable thing for us is reliability and this has been exceptional. The pictures are good night vision and in daytime and we recently bought one to go outside to watch the garden so she can watch the foxes!There is two way communication which is great (although sometimes a bit confusing for my Mum!) but it’s been great to be able to call her and she’s responded.Overall, we have saved around £120,000 in care home fees as a result. Having the cameras has meant that with carers I have been able to keep my mum in her home for the longest time possible. Unfortunately, the cameras are only able to do so much and we are moving her out next week but we have been extraordinarily grateful to be able to use this technology to provide her comfort and to be able to keep her where she wanted to be.

Can't get any of 6 cameras to connect to the BT dual band hub. Been trying for nigh on two hours. Very frustrated and disappointed so far. Will update if I can get through to the help desk (not open at weekends!)Update - bought 6 of these cameras, managed to get one to what it should do, two half working - we can view live but won't record; and three just would not connect to the home wifi at all, so I sent them back for a refund.However, even the three that I got to sort-of work are unstable; every couple of weeks they lose contact with the wifi and it takes me a few attempts to get them to work again. However, the latest drop out is proving impossible to re-connect. At one point the app suggested I move the camera nearer to the hub! See the photo!We have a Blink doorbell, perhaps I should have gone for Blink cameras. These Arlo ones are awful. Oh, and the batteries need recharging much more frequently than advertised.UPDATE - Gave up with one of the cameras, got two working, only one fully functional, but now both of these have given up and just will not reconnect.And they have sent an email asking me to subscribe to get the full benefits!!!! What a joke. What a waste of good money.

A good system which does what it says on the tin. Mine arrived with about 50% battery on them which was good to test.Battery charging wasn’t a clear process as you don’t see it charging except on the app, until the LED comes on that is, showing fully charged.The app is useful but you have to have a subscription. Reasonable enough as it’s not too expensive although don’t start your subscription until the free trial period ends as it will all be running at the same time.The system is really easy to install and does take pretty much five minutes.It is too soon to really give an in-depth review though as it has only been operational for a few weeks.

Ease of setup, use and quality image day or night from small package. The lack of storage and need to purchase monthly subscription to get the fuller use of camera was why lost star. Older base station models still working but need additional cameras and these fit the bill.

This is the 2nd set of cameras I have bought. They don't use wiring and batteries don't last long on older version. This version does not need a hub to connect to Phone/iPad or PC. Also built in batteries that you can charge with a cable. Also has a light that comes on like a spotlight but to save battery I turned it off (easy to do) and night vision is pretty good. Only difference I found is my old ones were magnetically mounted and these need to be on brackets (provided). I always found the old cameras a pest setting up a length of record time but these only record while a motion is there and a few seconds over lap. If you live in a rented property or you don't like running wires, these are for you. Good value getting 3 cameras and paying for 2 here but watch out some offers sell 3 cameras normally. As said previously = no hub now all wifi. You also get a free 3 month trial where you get a month of recordings instead of 7 days. Although never had a problem with 7 days myself.

Unfortunately I was after CVR and these are not compatible (neither are many) however great quality, picture was perfect and ability to select various options to eliminate various elements (vehicles, pets etc) was fantastic

Installed indoors as I don't have power supply nearby. Batteries die too quickly with regular movements and I was constantly charging them up. Arlo push you to subscription to access your recording, so I switched to Tapo. I have Tapo cameras in 2 separate homes. Easy to share devices as well so family can access feeds AND recording.

I have a Arlo setup and have slowely added cameras over the years of verious models. From what I read this was compatible with the hubs I had and at first it did all that I expected, like my older cameras it recorded to the hub as I expected. I had expected to loose the smarter features after the trial period of 3 months but what I had not expected was to find that unlike my other cameras it would also lose the ability to record to my hub at all. They become completely useless without the expensive subscriptions. So annoued at this that the whole system will be going on ebay so that I can give Blink a go.

caméras fonctionnelles mais le soucis est la nuit la visibilité n'est pas top, puis il faut prendre un abonnement pour l'enregistrement des images. Pour moi, pas très intéressant ce produit.

Ho acquistato le 3 videocamere per casa per vedere mio figlio ed i miei due cani cosa fanno quando restano soli. Facile e intuitiva l’applicazione Arlo anche se parecchio invasiva come richiesta di informazioni.Le videocamere si si connettono alla rete WI FI di casa con estrema facilità e dopo pochi minuti sono operative e funzionanti..Unico vero problema riscontrato dal sottoscritto più volte e in ore e posti diversi e che ad un eventuale utilizzo le videocamere risultano off line e per farle riavviare bisogna più volte entrare ed uscire dall’App fi Arlo.Per il resto è tutto perfetto, videocamere molto ben fatte e anche di notte senza alcuna luce, si vede tutto con buoni dettagli.Prodotto ottimo, con 4 stelle ma la 5 arriverà in futuro con un semplice aggiornamento software

Solo necesito probar visión nocturna y hacer ajustes más fino. La aplicación está muy lógica y fácil para iniciar

Akkulaufzeit auch Top,ist etwas abhängig von Bewegungserfassungen...Bei gefühlt 12-15 Aufnahmen/Tag hat eine die nicht am Netz hängt nach 3 Wochen immer noch 75%Habe sie an den alten Pro 2 Router angelernt (wegen Speicherung in der Cloud-12 Eu/mon für bis zu 10 Cams-muss jeder selbst entscheiden/habe 9)was super einfach ging,WlAN Reichweite der Cams ist auch wesentlich besser
