Great UV filter that provides excellent lens protection
I put the K&F 95mm MC UV Filter on a 180-200 zoom lens to provide some protection for the glass at the front of the lens. I have noticed no odd coloring or decrease in sharpness when using this filter and I was quite happy with it. I got back from a photo shoot in pouring rain and when hurriedly pulling my camera backpack out of the back of my truck, I accidentally knocked the 180-200 lens (in a dust cover only) out of the backseat of my truck. It fell about 3-1/2 feet to concrete and landed with the lens and filter pointing down. It bent the filter ring in about 1/16 of an inch, knocking the filter lens out of the filter ring but the filter lens was intact. The filter ring was still in place on the lens but the front ring of the lens was also bent, but the lens glass was intact and undamaged. I had to send the lens to the manufacturer to have the filter ring removed and the front lens ring repaired, but the filter really helped to prevent major damage to the lens. I immediately went and bought a second K&F 95mm MC UV Filter and put it on the lens when I got the lens back from the manufacturer. I also bought a padded case for the lens. The attached photo was taken with the 180-200 lens with the K&F filter on the lens. The photo was compressed down from 50MB to 1MB, so any loss of sharpness is due to compression, not the filter.

Great build, no distortion, fit
This 95mm filter is top notch. Thanks to its knurled edge, you can get a good grip. It goes on smoothly and just spells quality in every respect. The knurled edge provides a good grip on its matte finish (no specular reflections) The intense multi-coating attenuates UV light and I noticed no distortion or change to image quality. The package included 3 sealed microfiber wipes to keep things clean. That was a nice surprise! So far, this filter has been impressive and a good investment. Itโs my 3rd K&F filter and theyโve never disappointed.

Nice quality
Used this on safari in Africa with 300 - 600 mm Sigma telephoto for Canon. Only issue was that it was hard to unscrew at times and I had to eventually buy a filter wrench.

Fits Sigma 150-600mm perfectly
Both lenses are Sigma lenses with 2 different brands of UV filters on them. The lens on the left is my 150-500mm with a filter made by another brand. The right is my 150-600mm lens with the K&F filter. The lens on the left looks a little hazy, while the K&F filter does not. Does not decrease image quality that I can tell. You can feel that it is weather sealed, but I'm not testing it to see if it truly is. Comes in a plastic case So far, no complaints.

I use this to protect my lens
I know there are photographers out there that do not believe in having one of these on their lenses because they feel it doesn't make their photos sharp or whatever. But, I have to say, I honestly do not notice any softness or any distortion. I believe in protecting my lenses after my tripod took a fall with my camera on it one night. The filter shattered and my lens survived. Also sometimes the camera bumps into things before I can put the hood on and i just don't want to take that chance. Besides if you really feel it's soft, topaz labs has a great sharpening tool. I recommend this, the cost is reasonable and I have had great results. No complaints here.

Strange feeling in hand
Just received today. It feels light-weighted, even a bit flimsy, when I hold it in hand. Yet it feels reasonably good quality. Compared to the B+W filters I have, it seems to have a thinner glass substrate. Given the 95mm size I even feel that the glass could warp under stress although I know this is unlikely. I am curious about its optical performance. Price wise this is unbeatable which is all other UV filters should be priced at. There is simply no justification to see a UV at $200 or even $300. Selling a UV at $200-300 sounds to me like people want the money but donโt want to work reasonably hard.

Quality filter at a great price
Great filter with very deep green coatings. I tested my lens with, and without the filter, and it has no effect on sharpness. Iโm using it on a digital camera as a protector, so there are no additional image effects. One thing that I noticed, is the the glass itself is super thin, so I donโt know if it would protect from impact, but it keeps the dust and smudges off of my lens, so that Iโm only cleaning the filter.

Very happy with this purchase. I historically always bought the more expensive filters but thought I would give these a try. I will buy more of these for my other lenses. I didn't see any distortion/ issues in any photo.

Without any technical gear to quality check the glass I simply don't know if these filters are the best choice. I bought a number of UV and polarizers in one shot to outfit three lenses and yet they go underused if only because they are frustratingly thin. Thin of course is good if thicker filters become a lens creep issue but these are too thin and fussy for my liking, and in that not as strong as I'd like. Regardless they get at least 3 of 5 marks because it would be unfair to say they are poor or bad quality. They are not, and indeed all the UV filters if not the polarizers see regular service today

First off this filter arrived with a few dust particles on it while it was in its package so I grabbed my blower to get it perfectly clean before putting the filter on my lens. The blower did not remove the dust so I tried to use a light touch with a lens cloth which only ended up adding far more dust. The cloth I used is dedicated just for my camera lenses and is kept sealed in a bag to keep it as clean as possible and the cloth it self was fairly new less then 2 weeks old. This K&F filter seems to have a static charge on it that just attracts the dust to it and holds it there so its difficult to remove. Even walking with it in my house, keeping the filter held vertical also attracted more dust to it and again blower had little effect on the new dust it was being held on. This filter must have no anti-static, I have never experienced such difficulty with a filter before. I have and used a lot of different filters over the years including some mid range Hoya and Tiffen which all performed far better then this. I put this filter back in its package to be returned to amazon and bought the Nikon NC instead. I didn't want to spend that much double the cost of this one but worth not having this hassle and cleaning nightmare which would also increase the risk of scratching the filter. I have had the Nikon NC on my lens now for couple days with no issues like I had with the K&F and I used the same blower and cloth on it and works and cleans as it should. I would recommend getting something else, I got the NIkon on a good sale, the Hoya would have been my next choice.
