How do I stop or disable incoming calls from automatically answering?

Hello! Conversion method: double click volume + button.（Or do this: press and hold the volume "+" button and volume"-" button at the same time before connecting the Bluetooth of the mobile phone to change the automatic or manual answer mode.）.The headset includes both automatic and manual listening functions.

How long is the cable between the two headphones?

Not sure about the exact length but it fits my medium Shoei Qwest helmet just fine with a little room to spare. Talking about cable going from left speaker wrapped around back of helmet to right speaker.

How do i switch the language from chinese to English?

Hello! The Helmet Bluetooth Headset language is English by default. If you want to switch languages, please do this: after starting up, double click the power button twice before connecting to bluetooth.

Following the instructions to turn off auto-answer isn’t working. How do I disable auto-answer?

I've tried per the instructions and cannot get mine to switch to manual answering. I press the + and - buttons prior to pairing, prior to connecting, I tried a momentary press and a long press...nothing works. It's frustrating because there's no tone or indication so how does one know if they're doing it correctly? Have you figured it out yet?
