This unit will only let me set the off temperature, no other menu will display, and I cannot find any info on tech support. can anyone help?

Press the menu button 1 time, OFF will appear. Then press the up arrow 1 time to move to ON. Then press menu button 1 time and use arrow buttons to set desired temp. Press menu button to save new setting. You must push menu button after adjusting to save new setting

I used this unit to run a Raypak pool heater which operates at 24 volts.

I see a comment that it's only 120v, although description says 120/240. I have a 240v power source. What are the input/output voltages?

I have only used mine on 120 V. However according to A421 Series Standard Electronic Temperature Controls Installation Instructions A421ABC-x, A421AEC-x, A421GBF-x, A421GEF-x Part No. 24-7664-3019, Rev. D Issued March 2016 the enclosed instructions Page 5 figure 4, the A421 can be used on 240 v.

Does this control Heating and cooling at the same time (for fermenting then curing chamber)? Or do I have to unplug the fridge and plug in the heater

Hello, Thank you for your question. This unit only controls one component at a time, so you would have to disconnect the fridge to run a heater. You also have to change the functionality of the controller to heat mode if switching from cooling to heating or vice versa. Please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer.
