I order many top products from many stores but your package is the best. This is the package that the seller should lern it's simple but secure to protect from breaking it. The product was delicious. Thank you.

This is a delicious product. I have a recipe for Indian Tamarind chicken that is easy to make with the Glory Bee Tamarind. I twice ordered from Amazon. Both times the clear seals on the jars that protect the edge of the cap was loose and the contents were leaking. I called Amazon, and rep said the product was fine and to go ahead and eat it. I didn't feel secure doing that. I emailed Glory Bee and asked if they would reimburse or send properly sealed product. The person who replied said that the company did not do that for people who bought on Amazon. When I went to my grocery store, I found a properly closed jar with the seal intact, so I think that's the best way to buy it.

This tamarind paste is very good & comes close to the tamarind paste I buy at Sarah’s Tent in Aventura, Florida. Another attraction is that it’s kosher ou. The only problem I had was it comes in a glass jar & arrived broken, but that’s not the manufacturer’s fault.

It made a lot of differences in Papaya salad that extra tanginess that you don't get from fresh Lime.

I use this a lot while making Mediterranean foods such as lachmagine. Tastes really good!

The product is all over the outside of the product and inside the plastic “seal”. The product itself was not sealed at all!!! It looks like the lid is too big or something. No pop when opening the lid. How do I know that germs and bacteria are not all inside the product!? And no option for refund or return? This is ridiculous. If I could give negative stars I would.

One of our go-to dinner recipes is for Bobotie (a South African meatloaf - on steroids)We buy a lamb each fall cut and wrapped with lots of ground lamb. Bobotie made with ground lamb and GloryBee Tamarind Puree is wonderful and something we make throughout the year. (Bobotie can be varied in many ways including the use of ground beef instead of lamb).

Excellent choice of product! I love that the product is only made with tamarind. It is very tart like fruit. If you intend on using it to make juice, you will need to add some type of sweetener. It does come as a thick paste, similar to molasses consistency. Use it sparingly in other recipes as well as it is very tart.
