It comes with charger usb, that means without the wall adapter. But, it's usb and you can charge it with your pc. Or also you can buy the apple wall adapter to charge it with his own cable wich come on the box. Hope this can answer that question

Not if you buy refurbished. I just received mine in the mail and it was missing the rear-facing camera.
