I like how tasty the chocolate is and how quick this powder dissolves I’ve bought others before and I’ve had to vigorously shake have it foam up on me or leaks out the bottle with chunks still in it.This one is still my go to after years and it’s stands the test of time. I never get sick of this flavor and the efficiency of dissolving.

Very good taste, almost like the chocolate smoothie from smoothie king. Me and my dad use it after work for recovery and building muscle and have had energy for even after work with this! Mind you, we carry tree logs all day

I did not like it the taste. It makes me nauseous, I don't even want to finish it. I love the creatine but the protein is a big NO.

Allergic reaction
Bought this at Vitamin Shoppe. I developed a full blown allergic reaction on the first try, with heart palpitations, hives, shortness of breath, itchiness.If you have food allergies, beware. I am not sure which ingredient exactly caused this. I am able to drink Lactaid milk without any issues and I have had a vanilla flavored whey protein powder from Costco without any issues in the past.
