It's good corn starch, what else can I say?
I don't know why I bought so much as a home cook for a small family, but the quality and price of this corn starch is hard to beat. If I ever run out, I'd happily purchase from them again.

Package wasn't damaged
Firstly I was pleased to get this package safe and without any damage and happy to know that the cornstarch was intact , also this was my first time trying argo cornstarch and I was pleased with the textures and taste.

I use this to bread Things like fish and shrimp mostly, but it works really good. It's a good value. I just did a batch of shrimp the other day, making some Bang bang shrimp is makes a good coating to the shrimp and there really is not any taste.
