Update: Ram 2020 Limited 1500. Updating in order to be fair, Actuator was not the issue. I had an Electrical issue, therefore the actuator was not getting power. Actuator fit perfectly and worked fine. Did not work out of the box. Hooked it up and was checking it before I installed and it did not work. I checked the plug and all 4 wires are good, ground is good and etc. It is getting all the signals it should get but still nothing.
