Fantastic customer service! I was really happy when this arrived, it looks good, is easy to use and clean, and makes 3 decent size mugs of coffee. However, after 1 week the handle broke off. I got in touch with the provider at 11.30pm on saturday night using their website and within 10 mins they had responded and confirmed a replacement was being sent. It has just arrived, less than 48hrs after contacting them. Outstanding customer service, and i am so happy because this is a really nice product.

I like it. I bought it for work because they were getting stingy about the coffee machine. Now I have my own press and the most important thing is how easy it is to clean. Rinsing with hot water cleans the majority (if not all) of the coffee grinds off. I don't clean it with soap all the time as it's a preference so this suits me well. Depending on your type of coffee depends on how strong it is when you factor in wait time. Overall, I'm happy with the look and quality. It's light weight and works how I expect it to.

A lovely bit of kit, and a handsome addition to the work surface. However, one star off because ..... there is a sticker on the box WARNING of sharp edges, especially on the metal housing. And yes they are sharp, as are the bars connecting the handle to the housing. Particularly noticeable if you try to separate the glass from the housing (which I couldn't - it was too tight!). I couldn't spot any reference to this warning among the reviews but feel it should be mentioned.

Beautiful, strong, well designed piece of kit. I've had many cafetiere's over the years mostly cheap flimsy and let's the coffee grinds into your cup or crack & break quickly. This works perfectly, feels nice to hold, looks amazing and was cheaper than some of the previous ones that haven't lasted. Money well spent. #happycustomer

All good so far. Press works well, and it pours well, It looks good too.

This is the best French press I've bought out of a total of 5, sturdy, holds a lot and you don't get a load of coffee granules in your drink after pouring. Comes with extra filter mesh too.

This French press looks sleek and makes a strong, flavourful cup of coffee. The filtration system is decent, and the glass carafe feels solid while brewing. The main drawback is the design. The glass beaker fits so tightly into the metal frame that it’s very difficult to separate them. After washing, water often seeps between the two layers, and it’s almost impossible to dry properly without forcing it apart — which makes me nervous about breaking the glass. It’s fine for making coffee, but the awkward cleaning process takes away from the overall experience.

Decent Quality item! But very big! Makes about a litre of coffee Too big for my needs.
