I love my portable dvd player so so much. There’s something so awesome about the vibes this thing comes with. The picture and audio quality is good. Comes with a remote and some controls on the player itself. It’s also pretty light and compact and it comes with a holder for car rides so I’m excited to try that out on future trips. The only issue I’ve run into with it is that for the most part if I want to switch what I’m watching I have to take the previous disc out, turn the player off, and then turn it on to load the new disc in. I haven’t found an alternative or fix to that yet. Otherwise it’s completely reliable with playing discs with no glitching or damaging. I have no regrets with this purchase

Havent let the kids use it yet but we got this for them to watch something while we're on our road trips. The quality of the picture is actually really nice considering the price but I am a bit let down by the volume. I dont think this is going to be loud enough for my 2 kids during the drive. But it seems sturdy enough. Another thing is the glare is gonna be a bit annoying but we have tinted windows so im not too worried about that... for the price id definitely recommend this product. Just wish it was louder

Love this video player! Love that it can be plugged in or run off of the internal battery! The remote feature is great for road trips and adjusting the sound or pausing from the front seat while it’s in the back seat. I also love that it has a play memory and picks back up from where it was when the system is shut off. Mounting is easy and picture quality is good.

If you are looking to avoid internet and scrolling for kids I highly recommend this dvd player. Easy to use only holds on disc at a time. Came with a case with buckles to hang from a car seat or something when traveling. Very reliable. Hold a charge for a long time. It does only do DVDs so no blu ray but for a kid that’s easy. Connects well to blue tooth headphones is needed and love that it came with a cigarette lighter charge to keep plugged in the car for long trips. Easy to adjust sound and next buttons all very low tech. Price for what you are getting is a great deal. Have recommended this to my close friends as well.

This is an excellent small DVD player. No installation is required and it is easy to setup. The outer case material is very durable, and the controls buttons are easy to manipulate. The volume and picture quality is very good. I would recommend buying it if you need a small compact DVD player for traveling or camping.

You are purchasing this product because of the price and rating, but don't expect miracles after you receive it. I went on a long road trip with my 2-year old and decided to buy this product and test it during our journey. We drove a total of 40 hours and found the unit to be a decent portable DVD player, but we also experienced some serious flaws with the unit. This DVD player is lightweight, fairly compact, and features some great accessories. The LCD screen is clear, but not necessarily crisp. The internal speakers do a decent job, but sound levels were sporadic between movies and too quiet on some—easy fix with a portable speaker or headphones. The unit isn't the fastest thing to load media, but we are dealing with fairly archaic technology with longer load times. The swivel screen allows users to watch movies on a horizontal or vertical surface, such as on a desktop or in the vehicle on headrest mount (not included). The DVD player is fairly inexpensive and has some serious design flaws. The included remote is difficult to comprehend with a plethora of gray buttons with white symbols on them. This makes it impossible to see unless you have it in direct light, which made operating the unit in the car during the evening and night an absolute nightmare. The remote is also extremely useless when watching the unit in a car in a headrest mount. The sensor for the remote is placed on the top of the DVD player for use on a horizontal surface, which makes it impossible to use in a vehicle unless you point the remote directly above the unit. The unit has buttons which allow for volume, media, and playback controls. These work great if watching the unit on a horizontal surface, but if you swivel the screen to place in the headrest mount the buttons are smashed and the DVD player will quit working. We usually had the unit start to endlessly fast forward the movie until we took the unit out of the mount, fixed the playback, and gently placed it back into the mount—usually we had to repeat this process several times before we could get it to work in the mount. This design flaw also caused the unit to behave erratically on large bumps on the road, ending our movies early. I was excited the unit played digital media and wanted to watch some of our digital library, but the formats compatible with the unit are outdated. The unit does not support MPEG4 playback, unless it is very low quality—I never got an MPEG4 to work after several different attempts to convert the media to various other formats. When outputting the AV—to a television or other AV inputs—the unit will still playback sound. I hooked the unit up to the hotel room television with the included AV cables, but could never turn the sound off on the unit; which was mildly annoying, but not a deal-breaker Overall, the DVD player is decent for the price, but you aren't going to be watching a plasma TV with surround sound in high definition. It has some serious set backs, but it kept my 2-year old happy during the trip—when it worked. PROS: • Accessories: including power cord, vehicle power cord, remote, AV cord, video game controller (not tested, looks cheap), and remote control (absolutely worthless) • USB port • AV output and input • Lightweight • Fairly compact CONS: • Remote is worthless • Remote doesn't work in vehicle mode • Unit presses own buttons in vehicle mode • You need the skills of Indiana Jones replacing the golden idol with a sandbag to get the unit to play while placing it in a vehicle headrest mount • Unit continues to produce sound when outputting AV

I’ve had this for several months now. I’ve used it countless times now and will say over all it’s a good product. It’s easy to use and lightweight. The battery life is actually really good. My only issue with it is that in order to pause the movie you have to use the remote. I’ve read the manual once or twice and never found anyway to pause without it, but I could’ve missed or misunderstood, but apart from that. Good product.

It's very flimsy. The screen seams to pulse and depending on where you sit the screen seems very faint unless you are directly infront of it (aka.. 1 viewer instead of 2 people). Sound is very faint. I guess for how cheap it is.. I shouldn't expect much. I have an older digitech that it's much better quality and sound but unfortunately they don't make replacement batteries. I may send this back. Going to give it another day and see how long the battery lasts as ot took almost 9 hours to charge it before first use. It would be appreciated if there was a monitor to indicate how much battery was left. It also took A LONG tone to charge. About the nice thing. Seller is fast at shipping and dvd player came in 2 days. Seller is good. Product seems cheap.
