The only thing thay works for my GERD. You also have to make some other changes, but is usually effective so I can sleep.

For LRP symptoms I take a teaspoon of honey, then 20 minutes later a tablespoon of Gaviscon. This combination tremendously settles down the very uncomfortable throat tickle and cough.

This Gaviscon Extra Strength Cool Mint is thicc, it definitely coats your mouth but hey, it kicked my heartburn’s butt. The minty flavor makes it feel like I’m sipping on relief with a hint of toothpaste energy. Not a five-star beverage, but as far as heartburn fixes go, this one’s a hero in a bottle. My heartburn disappears almost instantly one second I’m regretting my life choices, the next I’m chillin’ like nothing happened. Minty, weirdly soothing, and totally worth it.

Yes, cannot live without
Oh man....cannot live without. I have very annoying and discouragingly horrible acid reflux. This is the only product that helps greatly. Honestly. Has gotten me through MANY nights. There are chewable ones and I prefer the liquid so I actually TRAVEL with this silly bottle in checked luggage.
