where is the product made? thanks.

Hello, Great question! All of our products are made in Taiwan. We choose Taiwan over China, where most of our competitor's products are made, because of the higher standard of quality in many of their factories. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us again at anytime. Have a wonderful day! 3D Innovations

Will these "Ergonomic Hand Pedals" fit the DeskCycle Desk Exercise Bike Pedal Exerciser ?

These have the same size and threading as all standard bicycle pedals.

How do you get the pedals off? What tool is necessary?

He used an 'allen wrench' and try to hold the crank from turning and try to break it loose. Takes some arm strength.

Do these pedals fit the hci fitness physiotrainer upper body ergonometer?

Sorry, but I don't know. I can tell you they DO NOT fit the unit I purchased them for.
