They are PLIERS

I got this to help me open those little pull tabs that are so so many packages. I keep it in a kitchen drawer. My fingers are getting stiff and weak, so this helps.

I find it helpful to keep a small plier in the kitchen, or various rooms, for a quick job instead of hunting for one in the garage. This is small enough for the "junk drawer."
