Sun SUNSUN_CBR Canister Filter Media Set

Worked well with my canister

I've bought the media set for SunSun HW-302 Canister Filter. The bad part is that in order to fill all 3 pads I needed additional ceramic rings and some of the rings also came broken. The good part is that there was just enough carbon and bioballs, the ceramic rings are more spongy then the ones sold by marineland, and the kit saved me about 10 dollars compare to buying separate medias. Very good choice for it's price.

A very good filter. Easy to set up and is very quiet when in operation. UV light works great. I had a bacteria bloom and the UV light basically eliminated it.

This canister set was super simple to add to my filter and does its job very well. My tank levels have remained steady and the watery clarity is perfect. The carbon, however, is super dusy and it took over 15 minutes of rinsing before the water ran clear. Otherwise its great to use in an array of canister filters and is simple to install.

This system is FANTASTIC. This the 2nd one I've purchased. The one set is hooked up to my 55 gallon tank. You cant hear it running. It filters are 4 to 3 levels. It also has a UV light n I know that kills anything. So if you want your fish tanks to look brilliant, this the system to use.

Purchased these for my ZenBlue HW402B 4-Stage 264GPH Aquarium Canister Filter and they work great. The nylon mess bags are very convenient when it comes time to clean. Better than using an old nylon stocking to put the media in.

You may need to buy double to fill a sunsun canister tray. I bought this 3pack plus The filter I bought came with media packs luckily so I had enough to fill up the trays well. I rinsed the hell out of the carbon bags but they still discolored the hell out of my water so I just tossed em. Tank runs clean and well once cycled . This cheap stuff does the job just fine for my tank w/ 2 red eared sliders, and they are definitely some dirty lil fellas. Next time I purchase media I may replace/add to the rings with cheap lava rock and try that out. - tip, I just placed the whole mesh bag w media in the trays no need to dump them out in the trays, watch out there are shards of broken pieces in ceramic ring packs.

I have a SunSun 5 stage UV canister filter that this set is perfect for. Just the right amount of media for each tray in the filter. Can definitely be used in brands other than SunSun. Great price, and a very nice mixed set just as needed.

In a Sunsun 4 stage filter works well

I use this product with the SunSun HW-303B canister filter. Product proves to be useful for a long time.

Best Aquarium filter I have ever had, would buy again!

All three products are good. Delivery was faster than expected date. I would've given it five stars but I wish the media quality was a bit more in each box. If you get on sale it's worth it.
