Lace low boot Review: Best Boots I have ever had. - The look and quality of the boots were better than I was expecting, especially for the price. I have only worn them for a day as of writing this review. However it was standing and walking around for 5 hours at a local professional wrestling show. The venue was outside in the Georgia heat in April. The boot didn’t get too hot. I had great traction walking around outside on asphalt, gravel, dirt, and grass. The boots didn’t feel too tight or to loose. Walking back to the car after the show. The boots didn’t feel too heavy to walk in them. The biggest surprise to me was the morning after. My feet felt fine, there was no calluses or blisters from wearing the boots. I didn’t need special socks or insoles. . I highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a pair Review: Nice boots. Lighter than the leather ones. - I love it.

Worth buying
So the boots are snug so if you have a wider foot I don’t recommend ordering your normal boots size they do stretch a bit but a size up is a good idea. They are comfortable once broken in a bit ,light weight, they come with black laces, I don’t think yellow laces come with them anymore.. if you are looking for a simple solid color and retro look this is a nice option, I wore them the other night in the rain my feet stayed warm and dry. This is the 2nd pair I bought of the style I lost the first pair so for the price it’s a great value.

Comfortable Work Boot
I am a woman who usually wears a 7.5M to 8M shoe -USA sizing. I have average width feet & a small bunion on one foot. I bought these in size 5UK & 6UK (Dr. Marten doesn't do half sizes - 5.5UK would probably be perfect for my feet). The 5UK just barely fit but frankly, too tight for a long day working outside. The 6UK felt a smidge too big but they are comfortable so that is my size. I like all that extra toe room. The heel does not slip around much at all & I can lace them up so the shoes stay stable/comfy all day. I like these high tops for keeping debris out of my shoes. And the fabric is cooler & doesn't take the breaking-in-time that the leather boots do. These were comfy after wearing in the house for an hour. I had no rubbing or bruising on the back of my legs. The soles are really comfortable! I love all the cushion. I do not even need to put an orthotic in this shoe. But if you have problem arches, you may need more arch support. The insoles are removable/washable but they are nothing special. It's the soles of these shoes that make them so comfortable. The inside of the boot is lined with a cotton/fabric. I also tried the Dr. Martens Unisex Bonny Chukka Boot but those really rubbed my ankles/legs so had to return. The foot fit is similar to the Combs - maybe a bit more tight. Included is a set of yellow laces & a lace that matches the boot - love that. I bought the Olive green color boot & the yellow is great for a Packer Football fan :) I also bought a pair of the black boots - I like these Dr. Martens a lot. I wear them when I'm doing outside projects like clearing brush, raking leaves, cutting trees, etc. They have lots of good traction & my feet stay comfortable & clean all day. I don't expect they will last as long as the leather version but they suit my needs perfectly.

Summertime DMs
I've worn DMs almost exclusively for decades. I've grown accustomed to the ridiculous weight of their full leather offerings with Airwear soles. I took a gamble on these for a lighter summertime boot. The lesser weight makes for a cooler wear. Really nice, light, and comfortable. They dont have the secure feel of the full leather offerings, feeling more sneaker like. The toe box seems a bit on the wide side,as do many DM styles....No real break-in, without a great deal of arch support. Whatever material this outer is made of seems super tough. Good value for a boot that I expect to get a few good years of use out of.

So clean and modern! Slightly military look however.
Was a little iffy on these but wanted to give them a try because they are so much cheaper than regular leather docs and I am SO glad that I did. Incredibly comfortable and true to fit of leather docs I've owned. Personally although I love leather and boots in general I've always felt that the shininess of regular docs wasn't really my jam and I've always preferred boots with a more matte or weathered natural leather look over the shiny, almost plastic, look of regular leather docs. I thought these might be a good way to get around that while also saving a few bucks. My main hope was that these would kind of split a perfect difference between boots and sneakers or something and look fashionable but also really utilitarian. They totally accomplish this while also scanning at a distance as doc martens thanks to the yellow threads! My only note is that they do have somewhat of a military look up close that you may not necessarily be going for. You know those desert camo colored very high topped boots that like actual soldiers wear that you sometimes see out in the world? They have kind of a similar look to those up close, only much less high topped and with less noticable details thanks to being darker. With the wrong vibe or outfit I worry they might look a little militant or survivalist or doomsday prepper, so if that look isnt what you're going for for whatever reason then maybe think twice on these and go with leather instead. If that is what you're going for then no worries these are great and really well made for that purpose, although probably worse than those aforementioned actual soldier boots. However with some more modern or punk vibes they definitely read as utility or DIY punk footwear, so they are super versatile! I'd say give them a try at least before spending the extra fifty bucks on leather ones. Worst case scenario you hate them and send them back, Amazon is pretty good for that, but best case scenario you love them and save some moneyyyy

Good work boots (Edit: And durable!)
As a respiratory therapist I knock out 4-9 miles on hard hospital floors per night and Docs are the best for the job. They are light, durable, and comfortable. I had hoped the canvas would breathe a bit better but it's similar to the leather uppers. My only surprise with this boot is that the top was really stiff and rubbed my calf sore but we got used to each other after about a week. Eighty miles in the last month and they still look new so I suspect they would hold up regardless of where you wear them. #Update# Two thousand, six hundred and fifty six miles on these hospital floors before a hole wore in the right pinky toe and the sole started to split on one side. Because of the pandemic I've been spraying my boots with Pine-Sol and putting them in the dryer on high heat two or three times a month so I'm not tracking hospital germs all over the place. I was concerned about the durability of the canvas over the leather but I have been amazed by how well they've held up. In fact, the only reason that I changed back to leather (twice the price) is that the weave of the canvas is so dense that I've had to really scrub them to get blood out a couple of times. After breaking in they are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn!

3rd pair I love them
Size 8 runs just a hair large. Nice and wide. I like to put a cushion insert inside (they are very hard inside) and they are roomy enough for that. Super light weight so easy to move around in . Up and down ladders very easily. This is my third pair. I wear them everyday all year. Never a rip or tear. I do construction and they have been great. Definitely get inserts. Never have ever had a blister. A great great price on a pair of boots I wear 360 days out of the year. I hose them down and let them dry in the sun and they turn out just fine. I had to buy a new pair only because I try to keep one pair looking nice-ish 🙄. These are now my dress boots. Wish they had some cool colors 🤗

Great Boots
Nice soft leather comfortable to wear. But be aware!!! Always make sure you put the left boot on the left foot otherwise not as comfortable .

Umgedreht schwitzt man schnell in diesem Stiefel. Schade, aber für mich neben dem tollen Aussehen, nicht alltagstauglich.

Nice boots
Softer and lighter than the usual DM boot. Good price.

Vegan boots, look great, good fit.
These are well made and fit quite well. Not too heavy either. The soles are different from the 'usual' and I think offer a wider a fit. There's a "Bonny" 6 hole version too which some might prefer.

Great boots and would buy again.
