Is the cable sturdy? and how much the package weighs?

Not sure on the weight of the package. The cable is sturdy I have used it and I weigh 200lbs.

How to change the bearing?

Remove two bearing bolts. Slide bearings out. Put the bolts back in. Tighten . Takes about 15 minutes. I rate it easy to do but holding your arms up is the hard part. A helper makes it easier
