Suitcase has cracked after using it only 3 times.
I purchased this suitcase on 5th June 2021. The side of the suitcase has cracked and one cannot use this suitcase. Did not expect this poor quality material from Delsey company. Waste of money.

ONE SHOULD NEVER BUY DELSEY BAGS
DELSEY BAG WAS PURCHASED 4 MONTHS BEFORE AND IN FIRST TIME USE, THIS DELSEY BAG WAS BROKEN AND CAN BE SEEN IN THE IMAGE. THE QUALITY OF DELSEY BAG IS WORST AND AM SHARING THIS SO THAT ONE SHOULD BE ALERT ELSE CAN LOOSE THE ITEMS ALSO DUE TO DAMAGED BAG. THE CUSTOMER CARE PERSONNEL ARE ALSO MAKING EXCUSES AND SHYING AWAY FROM THE COMMITMENT OF 3 YEAR WARRANTY. NEVER EVER BUY A DELSEY BAG TO BE SAFE.

Not sturdy enough for checkin
In the 2nd trip only, the checkin baggage was found cracked near the wheels. The product is beyond repair now.

pathetic product
I used it twice and this broke in my second travel. Do not go for this. Brand warranty was 2 years but they do not cover broken parts

Fake product. Avoid at all cost
It is definitely a fake. Amazon seems to support fake products now. The suitcase tore apart in just one journey. All of my other suitcases reached safe and sound. As you can see a normal authentic desley would take such a beating with ease. But since this is a fake it broke into pieces.
