I had been toying around with purchasing a more expensive Pullman pan for my first pan, but after trying this one, I don’t think I'll need to. The carbon steel construction is solid and heats evenly, and makes a real difference in how well the bread bakes. I love the ripple design as it keeps the loaf from sticking, so I don’t have to wrestle with it when it’s time to take it out of the pan. The non-stick coating actually works (which is not always a given with bakeware, iykyk). I just line it with parchment paper (easier cleaning, imo) and give it a light misting of oil on the lid before baking and the bread slides right out with no mess. The lid is fantastic because it gives the loaf a beautiful uniform shape that is perfect for slicing. This pan is *not* dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash it regardless since it helps extend the life of the non-stick coating. Just a quick rinse and it’s clean. If you're into making bread regularly, especially sandwich loaves, this pan is well worth it. It delivers consistent results and I'd highly recommend it. I seen this on socials awhile back however the cost was outrageous for item. Purchased from Amazon so I could follow a Chef Jaqueue bread recipe on YouTube. He used the same pan with lid. Item works as intended. It is nice to have bread come out in this shape. Looks clean and nice. I like the sliding lid as I let the bread rest after backing with the lid on to cool all the while retaining the moisture. No leakage wither. Good non-stick coating for a wipe cleanup. Storage though just be sure on how you do it. There have been a couple times I store wrong way and the lid slide out. I have learned to store on side or be aware which way the lid slides. Very thin and lightweight.

I absolutely love this pan for baking bread! I’m still learning, and have been having fun with some sourdough, but prefer a sandwich style loaf shape more than the rustic loaves. So this has been perfect! Holds the perfect amount for most one loaf sourdough recipes that I have seen and I’ve been loving how my loaves turn out. I butter the sides of the pan before adding the dough and haven’t had any problems with sticking when removing my loaves after. The pan is a good size, seems sturdy, my bread bakes beautifully in it, and it’s an excellent value for the money in my opinion.

These will be great for making my husband bread for his sandwiches. My only disappointment is that one had a little damage on it. It's still usable, though. They are heavier than I thought they would be, but that is a positive.

I made a beautiful bread in this bread pan. Advice I'd give: 1. Put two layers of nonstick baking sheets in the pan so that your loaf pan corners will be protected. Otherwise, you are about to have to scrape those corners for dear life. I actually almost threw the pans away because the corners had so much junk from ONE use. 2. If you don't put down the cooking sheets, after you're done baking, use Dawn (the spray kind) and let it sit. You may have to do it more than once. Over all, I like the pans. None of these items work the way companies promise now and days. I didn't have problems with any leaking. I am grateful for the price I paid.

Purchased for my mother to make sour dough loaves. She has been pleased with it. Good construction. The vent holes work well. Makes a nice crust on the loaf as well.
